12-Month Warranty
All Nero Cycle scooters come with a 12-month warranty. Whether you purchase from the US or any Nero Cycle outlet or distributor, you can request repairs if the product is faulty or not as advertised. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please report any issues to the seller within 10 days of discovering the problem.
