If you choose the 3-7 working days shipping option, your bike will be shipped from one of our warehouses. We have two warehouses located in different parts of the country:

2. Our NJ warehouse is located at 380 Jelliff Avenue, Newark, NJ 07108.
We use UPS for all our shipments to ensure that your bike arrives at your doorstep on time and in good condition.

12 MONTHS WARRANTY
Wherever you buy our products, whether in the US or from any Nero Cycle outlet or Distributor's store, you have 12 months to request repairs if any vehicle turns out to be faulty or not as advertised. The 12-months warranty period starts from the date you ordered and you must inform the seller of any issue encountered with one of our products within 10 days of discovering the issue.
