This electric bicycle battery matches the electric bike EP-2 PRO and ENGINE PRO.

The e-bike battery should be promptly charged, the suggested charging voltage 54.6V, charging is finished when the red light is off and green light is on.

Do not over-discharge the battery, over-discharge will harm the battery badly, discharge voltage should not be lower than 39V.

In case of the wastage of electric quantity during storage and transportation, the battery should be recharged before use.

Wherever you buy this product, whether in the US or from any Nero Cycle outlet or Distributor's store, you have 6 months to request repairs if this product turns out to be faulty or not as advertised. The 6 months warranty period starts from the date your product is delivered and you must inform the seller of any issue encountered with one of our products within 10 days of discovering the issue.
